A daughter of a veteran local broker, Annie credits her Dad for equipping her with what is required to do this often misunderstood job with integrity and excellence. Named one of Boston Magazine’s TOP PRODUCERS in both 2020 and 2021, as well as 2021 RealTrends America's Best list, Annie is recognized as a sales leader in Dover MA, and surrounding MetroWest towns.
In order to meet growing demand while maintaining the highest level of service to her clients, Annie launched THE BAUMAN GROUP, a three-person real estate team with Jane Johnstone and Peggy Gemelli in January 2022. Wife to Kevin and Mom to Sam, Audrey, and Ruthie (aka Dinky) Annie lives with her family and pooch, Monty in Dover.
